Radio Button Group

Hello,

I'm new at Design Studio. I have one question. How can I build this scenario.

I want use a  radio button group for build this situation. When I click on day I want to see the measure orders received for day.

When I click on month I want to see orders received for month. When I click on year I want to see the measure orders received for year.

How can I build the scenario in design studio 1.4?
