I'm still having an issue with those sample projects. So I'm attaching a sample project that reproduces my issue in that crystal doesn't prompt for parameters when printing directly to a printer. The attachment includes a sample report with just a single parameter that is displayed in the report. No data connections to worry about. If you click the button to preview in the viewer, you will see crystal prompt for the parameter value. If you click the button send directly to printer, you will see an exception is generated. Please let me know if you have any trouble with the sample.
