Please can you check below setups -
a) QM View should be created in 'receiving plant', and you have added inspection type 01/02/08 (relevant one). Also in material master quality view Post to inspection stock check box is active, in order to post the incoming stock to quality stock.
b) Please confirm what is STO process followed in your case. If movement types 351 / 641 / 643 / 645 / 647 are used, then they are tagged with inspection lot origin '02', related to goods Issue. For GR, check the MvT 101, inspection type 01.
c) In case you are using SD process for STO, please check assignment of inspection lot origin in SD delivery type in OQL8.
d) Movement type in use should not be blocked form inspection lot creation -
SPRO ---> Quality Management => Quality Inspection => Inspection for Goods Movements => Deactivate Quality Inspection for a Movement Type => Should be unchecked in order to get this created.
