I´m sorry but why is it not working. As you can see from your pic

JAN 2016 and 01/2016 was merged into 01/01/2016 and the same for FEV and MAR, to turn it back to String, choose the format you want [formaqt]="MMM yyyy" or format="MM/yyyy" and convert it back to string into [final date formatteds] = FormatDate([fiscal Year merged];.
