Single or Multiple Business scenario ?

Hi ,

If i have 3 different process from three different system (ECC,BPM,SRM) for my end to end process what should i prefer single or multiple business scenario ? and if i created multiple business scenario can i able to create KPI end to end ?  means , KPI start may be start from SRM system and end in  BPM ?
