Log text is not getting clear after saving service request in IC channel

Hello All,

 

We have a problem while saving notes in service request in IC channel. I will explain the issue briefly,

 

We have 2 text types configured for crm_orderh object in spro: One text type as P and other text type as R. So that one will serve as log text and other will be like log file.

 

Now when we create service request we are able to enter text  and after document save, log text(P) is automatically gets clear.( As Expected behavior). But the problem is, after first save without end the interaction session if we try to edit service request again and then put another comment in text type(P) and save the document, the text type(P) is not getting clear after save. whenever user tries to edit again the same previous comment still exist instead of new text area and not able to put new comment. If we clear that existing comment it is overwriting the comment given earlier..

 

We are using Tile layout and GSTEXTEDIT/Edittextview view component as comment assignment.

 

 

Can you help what could be the reason here and how can I solve this issue.
