Thank you for the revised User Guide. For the next iteration of the User Guide can you provide information on the formatting for form 1095C, Part III, line 17+ (Covered Individuals).
As an example, the birth date is supposed to be YYYY-MM-DD, and the names are supposed to be in alpha order using the First Name.
Do you know if middle initials and suffixes are supposed to be included? And can we assume that the formatting required in 1095C is the same for form 1095B?
Also, the address section of the forms did not automatically include Line 2 (Locat); we had to concatenate the address lines 1 & 2 in our custom form to include that information. It may be helpful if that instruction is included in the guide.
