The above thread gives information on few standard SAP reports which will suffice your customer's requirements.
In case if they still want to go for report painter , suggestion is to look for forms of these standard reports in libraries & report groups.
I agree with Mohit's reply but my suggestion is to first explore all possible standard reports and then go for report painter.
