ESS overview page (SAPUI5) is empty

Dear experts,

When I run overview page:

/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/arsrvc_suite_pb/main.html?page=HR_SELFSERVICES

In fact I have Emploee Self-Service tab, but there is no services inside - just an empty page.

Could you please advise where can I activate them?

SAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_UI5_1 is assigned to the user.

All Odata and SICF services are activated.

Any ideas?
