Central Autoreactions stopped distributing

Hi all,

 

We just realised we weren't receiving emails any more about users locking their accounts in production.  So when I checked the autoreaction method was no longer assigned.

 

So I went and checked in Solman and it was defined there in RZ21.  So I reassigned it, the change never went to the Destination system.

I've tried this on a development system and the same thing happens there too.

 

What can I check to determine why the assignments are now not transferring?  I've checked for shortdumps, system logs, rfc errors and I haven't found anything.  Incidentally on another production system it's working just fine.

 

Also should I switch to using the newer alerting from Technical Monitoring, can someone point me to a guide for setting this up please?

I've looked at Configure Technical Monitoring to react on Work Modes and Information on Work mode settings made during the System Monitoring setup and have set up a custom template but this doesn't produce any emails either!  I couldn't find any other guides that we a step by step.
