But my exact query was ,instead of access ,SLAs |what are the queries which I need to ask

from BO reporting & universe designing perspective(Technical Aspects).

I.e., If support requires on Web I

       If support requires on Crystal

       If support requires on Dashboard

       If support requires on IDT,what type of queries we can ask from BO Technical side.
